The challenge

What needed to change

When someone is unwell, or caring for someone who is, going from pharmacy to pharmacy looking for a medicine is the last thing they need. The app had to be fast, reassuring and simple enough for people who don't use many apps.

What we learned

The insight we took away

Many people ordering medicine were ordering for someone else, often a parent. Designing for the caregiver as well as the patient shaped everything from saved addresses to one-tap reorders.
