All projects are subject to a written agreement or confirmed proposal. The agreement defines the scope, timeline, deliverables and payment terms. Work outside the agreed scope is handled as a separate request.
4. Payments
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may affect project delivery timelines. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs and code developed by Codes Break remain the property of the company until full payment is completed. Upon full payment, the agreed intellectual property rights for deliverables are transferred to the client. Codes Break retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, required materials and timely feedback throughout the project. Delays in communication or approvals may impact project schedules.
7. Revisions and Changes
We offer revisions based on the agreed scope. Additional changes outside the scope may require extra cost and time, which will be communicated and confirmed before work continues.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during a project. We will not share or disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Codes Break is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.
10. Third-Party Services
Our deliverables may rely on external platforms, tools or services. Codes Break is not responsible for issues, outages or policy changes originating from such third-party providers.
11. Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached or if payments are in default. Any completed work and outstanding payments remain due upon termination.
